Foundations Group

Struggling with sexual addiction or compulsive sexual behaviors can feel overwhelming

You don’t have to do it alone. Our Foundations Group is a safe, supportive space where you’ll gain the tools, guidance, and encouragement to reclaim your life, rebuild trust, and restore hope for the future.

Recovery isn’t just about stopping the behavior—it’s about true healing. That’s why our approach goes beyond surface-level change, addressing the deeper issues that drive compulsive behaviors so you can experience lasting transformation.

Led by highly trained, licensed therapists, each group provides a structured and compassionate environment where you can:

  • Break free from shame and isolation

  • Understand the root causes of unhealthy patterns

  • Build a solid foundation for stable, long-term sobriety

  • Learn practical strategies for recovery and personal growth

To support your healing journey, we strongly recommend supplementing group therapy with individual and/or couples counseling and participation in a 12-step SAA program. Our program also incorporates proven recovery materials, including Facing the Shadow by Dr. Patrick Carnes, along with interactive exercises designed to deepen your progress.

When you have the right tools, knowledge, and support, real change is possible. Take the first step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life today.

You are not alone. Healing starts here.
