When the schedule gets busy, it can be hard to find time for self-care. Self-care is important for our mental and physical health. It can even help in being productive in other areas of life. To some, the words self-care conjures up a bunch of people at the nail salon but there are many other ideas. Self-care activities can take a lot of time or very little time. Some of them might not even seem like self-care. At its core, self-care is really about providing the space and time to recognize our innate value and reconnecting with who we are. So try making a list of your own and care for yourself.
