Rebecca George

I love working with individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges. My first priority is to create a safe and secure relationship with my clients before engaging in the deeper work of therapy.

I have seen the profound impact that understanding and application of Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) can have on mental health and relationships. Additionally, I offer spiritual integration in therapy—either implicitly or explicitly—based on each client’s preferences.

My own journey of immigrating at the age of 26, earning my Master’s in Counseling, and now being in the final stage of raising three boys with my husband, has given me valuable life experiences that I bring to my work. I feel blessed and would love to be a blessing to you as well.

My hobbies include spending time with family, being in nature, and cooking delicious meals for family and friends. I also enjoy going for coffee with a friend and catching up!
