Mayte Cruz
I'm committed to helping youth and young adults learn how to find the tools to aid them with anxiety, depression, and general life stressors. My work focuses on targeting belief systems and cognitions around school, family and friends, and the relationship to self. I believe in a collaborative approach, allowing the client to identify and define their goals.
Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy traveling and listening to music. I spend most of my time with my friends and family, as well as my dog.
