Lisa Lewis

I have a heart for working with women in life stage transitions as well as parents and grandparents of all ages and stages. I bring personal and professional experience, education and training that can be of benefit to individuals and families seeking healing, as well as equipping clients with tools to enhance relationships. I am currently involved in working with families who are dealing with conflict and estrangement. I am proficient in working with depression, anxiety, parenting skills, life transitions and behavioral addictions. I believe that healing includes mental, emotional and spiritual insight, while honoring the legacy that clients bring from their family history and the hope that can be passed down to the next generation.

I love to read historical fiction and memoirs. I enjoy hanging out with my grandchildren. Spending time at the ocean anywhere is life giving for me as well.

My educational background is:

  • BA in Speech Pathology from University of the Pacific

  • MA in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University

I have additional training in:

  • Emotionally Focused Family Therapy

  • Interpersonal Neurobiology Model

  • Rules of Estrangement in Families
