Jillian Perry
I support clients who may be experiencing different types of transitions through life, such as graduating college and shifting into a career, entering into relationships or marriage, and navigating motherhood. During these seasons of change, new emotions or thoughts can arise creating challenges or appearing as roadblocks. Those emotions or thoughts can become overwhelming and too heavy to carry on your own. Our view of ourselves can be shaken during these transitions.
I provide an empathic, collaborative, and exploratory environment for healing. I walk alongside clients as a catalyst for their self-healing and positive change. I believe clients who are committed to doing the hard work can feel confident, joyful, and aligned with their values for a more meaningful life. My purpose is shaped by my heart for Jesus, and my desire to encourage and support others.
My favorite self-care activities are spending time with my husband and our daughter and staying active through CrossFit.
My educational background is:
Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Mary’s College of California
Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling from Saint Mary’s College of California
I have certifications in:
Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International
I have additional training in:
Health Coach certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
