Jasmine Kalogirou
I am committed to providing compassionate, attuned care for clients of all backgrounds and identities. As a mother of four, wife of a first responder, and former youth and community mental health crisis counselor, I bring in-depth life experience to my work as a therapist. I strive to develop a therapeutic relationship where individuals feel safe, seen, and understood without bias or judgment.
I work alongside clients to explore life experiences, personal challenges, patterns of behavior, trauma responses, core beliefs, and personal narratives that are often at the root of the problems they face. Using a holistic approach, I empower individuals to identify and build upon their inherent strengths to foster growth, healing, and resilience.
I draw upon a variety of therapeutic modalities—integrating person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, and somatic practices—to address mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Whether you’re facing life transitions, experiencing grief or anxiety, struggling with identity, navigating relationships, managing stress, or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you in your journey of healing and self-discovery.
In my free time, you will likely find me cheering for my children at their sporting events, walking or running with my beloved golden retriever, working out, gardening, or spending time outdoors with my husband, family, neighbors, and friends.
