Fiona McHugh

I am committed to helping youth, young adults, and their families learn how to skillfully navigate life’s stressors and seasons of transition. My work focuses on exploring the root of my client’s thoughts and emotions, crafting new coping behaviors, and creating a strong sense of self. I am passionate about providing a safe, collaborative space for clients to explore their sense of belonging and purpose at their current stage.

I enjoy spending time in the gym, going on walks with my family, and working on old cars in my free time.

My educational background is:

  • Currently pursuing M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado Christian University

  • B.A. in Sociology
