Alexis Nelson

I am deeply devoted to supporting clients through life’s challenges and transitions, helping them find healing and growth. I work with teens, young adults, and parents as they navigate big changes, face anxiety, and build resilience during life’s most pivotal moments. I am passionate about empowering women through the transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, helping them journey through the identity shift that motherhood brings. I believe in a collaborative, warm approach that honors each client’s unique experiences and goals, helping them cultivate self-compassion and confidence.

In my free time I enjoy reading, going on walks with my family, and exploring fun restaurants.

My educational background is:

• Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University

• Master of Arts in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy/Professional Clinical Counseling from Saint Mary's College of California

I have additional training in:

• Maternal Mental Health Professional Certificate Training - Postpartum Support International
