Resilient Moms - “Welcoming Baby, Embracing the Unexpected”

A Support Group for Moms with Postpartum Depression integrated with Dialectical Behavior skills.

Tuesday Mornings, 9:30 am to 11:00 am  

Childcare Available (space is limited)

Fee: $45 per session, childcare $10/child/week

This support group provides a safe place to be real and to learn practical skills to manage the struggles of day-to-day care of an infant. Moms practice the DBT skills of mindfulness, self-compassion and other emotion regulation skills to embrace and accept, without judgment, the unexpected reality of mothering with depression and anxiety. Become the resilient, compassionate, and capable mom you long to be – There is hope!

Self-efficacy balanced with asking for help”

March 24 - Session Five: Transitioning From Partners to Parents                                                           

“Care of Others balanced with care of self”

March 31 - Session Six: Re-Engagement with Work and Community              

Maintaining connection while engaging new challenges”
