A Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group for Moms with Postpartum Depression and Anxiety Tuesday Mornings, 9:30 to 11:00 am  

Childcare Available (space is limited)

Fee: $35 per session, $10 for childcare

This therapy group provides a safe and supportive place to be real and to learn practical skills to manage the struggles of day-to-day care of an infant. Moms practice mindfulness, self-compassion and other emotion regulation skills to embrace and accept, without judgment, the unexpected reality of mothering with depression and anxiety. Become the resilient, compassionate, and capable mom you long to be – There is hope!

October 29 - Session Five: Transitioning From Partners to Parents                                                           

“Care of Others balanced with care of self”

November 5 - Session Six: Re-Engagement with Work and Community              

Maintaining connection while engaging new challenges”
