Tosha Owens

Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee

Tosha began working at CPCC 2019 while attending the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine.  She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Santa Cruz with a major in psychology. She also served in various leadership roles with Celebrate Recovery for the past 10+ years, and currently services as the Ministry Leader for CR at her church.

She creates a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment to encourage clients to become the best version of themselves.  Tosha is passionate about building a trusting relationship with her clients where they feel heard and accepted. Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, sincere, candid, and empathetic.  Tosha uses Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy (ABT), and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT). She thrives in walking alongside her clients through their challenges and hurts so as to create healthy outcomes and long-term personal and spiritual growth.
