Our Staff
Sarah began working at CPCC in 2018 while attending Grand Canyon University through their professional counseling Master’s program. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from UC Santa Barbara with a major in biopsychology.
Sarah has a passion for working alongside clients as they explore their concerns in difficult seasons of life. She desires to foster a safe, supporting, and understanding environment in which clients can be open and honest without fear or shame. Her ultimate goal in therapy is for clients to have a deeper understanding of who they are, what strengths they hold, and how to foster these strengths to ultimately create life change.

Sarah is also an eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) trained therapist.
*Sarah received an emphasis in Childhood and Adolescent Disorders in her Master’s program.
Sarah Carter is a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor #6982. She is supervised by Lisa Lewis, LMFT# 112889.
